Czech Republic

We now advise all Australians to reconsider any non-essential overseas travel at this time, due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel. This includes to the Czech Republic. There is an ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) across Europe, including in the Czech Republic. From 16 March, a temporary ban on entry into the Czech Republic will be enforced for all tourists. If you travel from a designated high-risk country, you may also be denied entry. Contact your nearest Czech Consulate or Embassy for details on entry restrictions. All international bus and rail services now cease at the Czech border. Monitor the media and follow the advice of local authorities.

We now advise you to Reconsider your need to travel to the Czech Republic.
