Travel to the EU and Schengen Area is restricted. Malta allows some visitors if you're travelling from approved area and have stayed there for 24 weeks before travelling. You'll need to provide proof of a negative PCR rest taken within 7 days of travel and you'll need to quarantine for 14 days on arrival at your own cost. A nationwide health state of emergency is in place in Madagascar with a curfew applying to Analamanga (Antananarivo) region and four districts including Tamatave. Movement remains restricted in these locations with specific hours for business operations and public transport. Wearing face masks is mandatory in many places. Check with your local authorities on special measures that might apply in your region. International and domestic flights remain suspended until further notice, except for repatriation flights. Pristina airport is open and international flights are running, but commercial flights leaving Kosovo are irregular. This may change at short notice. There are national curfews in Guatemala on Monday to Saturday from 6pm until 5am and all day on Sunday. Other movement restrictions are in place. If you're leaving Guatemala, you must show a letter of safe passage (salvoconducto) from the Guatemalan Government to travel to your departure location, such as the airport. The letter will take at least 72 hours to be issued and lengthier delays are possible. Apply as early as possible. The Australian Embassy in Mexico can help you get it. You could be fined if you don't respect local laws, including quarantine and movement restrictions. If you wish to leave Guatemala, follow the Australian Embassy in Mexico on social media for regular updates on any departure options such as unscheduled flights. If you’re in the Czech Republic, restrictions imposed at the beginning of COVID-19 are easing. However, state of emergency visa exemptions will expire on 16 July and entry restrictions are still in place for foreigners outside the EU. (see Travel). You're still required to wear facemasks on the metro transport system, at medical facilities, at indoor events with more than 100 people and also in the Moravia-Silesia area. Honduras has closed air, land and sea borders to transit. Limited commercial and charter flights may be available out of Honduras, including with United Airlines and Eastern Airlines. Samoa has closed its borders, except to returning citizens and residents. Samoan authorities have suspended flights between Samoa and Australia until further notice. Options to leave are limited. Restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 are easing in Estonia. From 1 June, you're able to enter Estonia from most countries of the European Union, the Schengen Zone, and the United Kingdom, if you have no symptoms. Depending on the country you have travelled from, you may be required to self-quarantine for 14 days (see Travel). If you want to return to Australia, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. If you've chosen to remain in Estonia, you must have insurance for the duration of your stay. Follow the advice of local authorities. We now advise you: Do not travel to Estonia.

Non-essential travel by non-EU citizens and residents to the EU and Schengen Area, including to Croatia, is currently restricted.
