Switzerland has closed its borders for tourism. Unless you arrive from Liechtenstein or meet an exception, you won't be allowed to enter. You can still transit through Switzerland, unless border authorities suspect you won't be able to leave. Some secondary border crossings have reopened on a time-limited basis. This is in addition to the main border crossings that were already open. From 11 May entry restrictions for work purposes will be gradually eased and family reunification in Switzerland will become possible for Swiss and EU citizens. Shops, restaurants, markets, museums and libraries will be allowed to reopen. Public transport will resume standard operations. The ban on leaving Switzerland to shop in neighbouring countries remains in place. You'll still have to comply with strict hygiene and social distancing rules. Flights to and from Egypt are suspended. There are still some charter flights. If you're a visitor to Egypt, take advantage of these to leave as soon as possible. طموحات واتساب في تقديم الخدمات المالية في الهند تتجاوز فكرة الوساطة بين المستخدمين لإرسال الأموال، بل تفكر الآن بالتحول إلى بنك بحيث تقرض المال أيضاً. تقدمت واتساب بطلب حكومي رسمي للترخيص لتقديم خدمات مالية بحيث تقدم المال أو تمنح الائتمان مع وبدون ضمانات وحماية وذلك للزبائن وغيرهم. وتمنع القوانين في الهند من أن تقدم واتساب أية خدمات مصرفية كونها ليست مؤسسة مصرفية انما خدمة تواصل فوري. لذا سيحتم عليها التعاون مع أحد المصارف الموجودة في الهند لتقديم تلك الخدمات عبر تطبيقها. جهود واتساب المالية في الهند ظهرت بشكل واضح عام 2018 عندما بدأت باختبار واجهة الدفع الموحدة وذلك على عينة من المستخدمين حجمها مليون مستخدم. لكن التشريعات والقوانين طبقت الكثير من القيود والموانع عليها، لذا غيرت واتساب توجهها إلى إطلاق خدمة دفع خاصة بها ولم تحصل على التراخيص اللازمة. لدى واتساب 400 مليون مستخدم في الهند التي تعتبر من أكبر وأهم أسواقها الدولية، لذا هناك فرصة كبيرة أمامها لمنافسة الخدمات المالية الرقمية عبر الهواتف الذكية مثل Paytm, PhonePe وحتى Tez من جوجل. وكانت فيس بوك قد استثمرت الأسبوع الماضي...
