Estonia
We now advise all Australians not to travel overseas at this time including to Estonia. Only Estonian citizens, permanent resident, or foreign citizens whose family members live in Estonia, can still enter the country (see Travel). If you’re in Estonia and wish to return to Australia, we recommend you do so as soon as possible by commercial means.
Estonia has declared COVID-19 an emergency situation. All education institutions, cinemas, theatres and some restaurants and bars are closed and all public gatherings have been banned. Non-Estonians who need to transit through Estonia to reach their final destination may be permitted entry if they are not displaying symptoms for COVID-19. Anyone arriving in Estonia (except for specific diplomatic and military personnel) will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.
