Kenya

We now advise all Australians not to travel overseas at this time, due to the health risks from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel. This includes to Kenya. If you’re already overseas and wish to return to Australia, we recommend you do so as soon as possible by commercial means.

Enhanced health screening and entry restrictions are in place. On 15 March authorities announced that entry by foreigners from any country with reported COVID-19 cases will be suspended for the next 30 days. This includes Australia. If you show symptoms of COVID-19 on arrival in Kenya, expect to be taken into quarantine by local authorities. Contact your tour company or the nearest embassy or consulate for Kenya for latest information on entry restrictions.

We now advise you to:

Do not travel to to Kenya.
