Niger has closed all borders due to COVID-19. Schools, bars, cinemas and several other public places have been closed. Gatherings of more than 50 people are banned. If you remain in Niger, follow the advice of local authorities, take care to protect yourself from exposure to COVID-19, ensure you have arrangements in place for an extended stay, and keep in contact with family and friends back home.
