Honduras has closed air, land and sea borders to transit. Limited commercial and charter flights may be available out of Honduras, including with United Airlines and Eastern Airlines. If you secure a flight, authorities may require you to present a Letter of ‘Salvoconducto’ from the Australian Government to facilitate your exit. A curfew and other movement restrictions are in place. Expect widespread closures of businesses. If you're remaining in Honduras, follow the advice of local authorities, make preparations for an extended stay and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.
