Montenegro has implemented emergency measures in response to COVID−19. A movement ban is in place from 7:00pm to 5:00am weekdays; and from 11:00am Sundays to 5:00am Mondays. Restrictions may change at short notice. Penalties apply if you fail to comply. Borders are closed and commercial flights are unavailable. If you can't or don't want to leave, follow the advice of local authorities, including any directions on mandatory isolation and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.
