Poland has in place strict measures to minimise the spread of COVID-19, including to enforce social distancing. From 16 April, wearing a face mask or scarf in public is compulsory. Heavy fines apply if you break these measures. If you wish to leave, do so as soon as possible while commercial options are available. For up-to-date information on flights home, contact the Australian Embassy in Warsaw (consular.warsaw@dfat.gov.au). If you decide to remain in Poland, follow the instructions of local authorities and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.
