You can go out to buy essential food, groceries and medical supplies, seek medical assistance and undertake essential financial payments at banks. If you go out you will be required to wear a cloth mask at all times. If you're in South Africa, follow the advice of local authorities and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19.
