With very limited exceptions, foreigners won't be allowed to enter Timor-Leste. All travellers entering Timor-Leste will be subject to 14 days mandatory quarantine at a location determined by local authorities. There have been limited security incidents in Dili following the announcement of the first COVID-19 case.
