Quarantine restrictions are in place in Ukraine. Air and land borders are closed. All foreigners are banned from entering Ukraine. You'll need to show a residence permit to enter. Schools, universities, cinemas, theatres, museums and entertainment centres are closed and mass gatherings banned. You must wear a face masks and carry ID when you're in public. If you're in Ukraine and wish to return to Australia, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. If you're staying in Ukraine, follow the advice of local authorities and take care to protect yourself from exposure to COVID-19.
