Cyprus

Cyprus has a nationwide curfew in effect. Essential movements are limited to three times per day between 6am and 10pm. SMS approval is needed. Limits on public and private gatherings still apply. Travel in north Cyprus is limited to essential services between 6am and 9pm. All other movement is banned. Wearing of masks outside during business hours in north Cyprus is compulsory. You may be fined and be criminally liable if you breach the curfew. If you're in Cyprus and wish to leave, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. If you're staying in Cyprus, follow the advice of local authorities and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Follow 'Australia in Cyprus' on Facebook for outbound flight announcements (see Local contacts for link). Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.

We advise you to:

Do not travel to Cyprus.
