Cyprus

A nationwide curfew has been lifted. Visits to parks, beaches, open space playgrounds, squares and marinas are permitted, as long as you follow health and social distancing protocols. Gatherings of more than ten people are prohibited. In north Cyprus, travel to restaurants, bars, parks and beaches is allowed between 6am and midnight. Non-essential travel during other times is prohibited. Wearing of masks outside during business hours in north Cyprus is compulsory. You may be fined and be criminally liable if you do not comply. If you're in Cyprus and wish to leave, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. If you're staying in Cyprus, follow the advice of local authorities and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Follow 'Australia in Cyprus' on Facebook for outbound flight announcements (see Local contacts for link). Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.

We advise you to:

Do not travel to Cyprus.
