Estonia
On 15 May, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania announced the re-opening of borders allowing citizens and residents to move freely between the three countries, however non-essential travel and tourism is discouraged. Entry to Estonia is still restricted and some border controls remain. Further guidance, including details on transit and quarantine, can be sought from the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian embassies. If you’re in Estonia and wish to return to Australia, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. Flights are available from Tallinn Airport and ferry services from Tallinn to Helsinki have resumed for passengers. If you've chosen to remain in Estonia, you must have insurance for the duration of your stay, you should follow the advice of local authorities and reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19.
We now advise you:
Do not travel to Estonia.
