Russia has closed all its borders and banned all commercial and charter flights from entering or exiting Russia. If you're in Moscow, to go out of your home or accommodation you'll need a digital pass. (See Travel for details of how to get one.) You must wear masks and gloves in public. Many regions in Russia have implemented similar measures. You may be fined or jailed if you don't follow these rules. Your car may be confiscated. If you’re in Russia, follow the advice of local authorities, make arrangements for an extended stay and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19.
