Cyprus
The nationwide curfew has been lifted. Outdoor activities are allowed as long as you follow health and social distancing protocols. Gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited. Commercial flights will resume from 9 June. Unless you are a resident, Australians aren't allowed to enter Cyprus. In north Cyprus, you can travel and engage in normal social and commercial activities. Wearing a mask outside during business hours is compulsory. If you're in Cyprus and wish to leave, do so as soon as possible when commercial options exist. If you're staying in Cyprus, follow the advice of local authorities and minimise your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Follow 'Australia in Cyprus' on Facebook for outbound flight announcements (see Local contacts for link). Stay in touch with family and friends so they know you're safe and well.
We advise you to:
Do not travel to Cyprus.
