Lithuania has strict measures in place to minimise the spread of COVID-19, including enforcement of social distancing. Some restrictions have lifted but face masks should still be worn in crowded places such as markets, shops, at events or on public transport. You might get fined if you don't adhere to these measures. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, seek assistance via a 24/7 hotline on 1808 or email info@nvsc.lt. Some flights have resumed in and out of Vilnius. Only citizens and residents from approved countries are permitted to enter Lithuania (see Travel). Check with your airline and nearest Lithuanian mission on requirements for entering Lithuania.
