Poland’s borders are now open to EU citizens but unless you meet one of the exemption categories, entry for non-EU citizens remains unchanged (see travel). The ban on international flights was lifted on 16 June.
If already in Poland, you should continue to practice social distancing and you'll need to wear a facemask inside shops and in public buildings, on public transport and in hair salons.
