Costa Rica
Only foreign nationals who have spent the previous 14 days in Canada, the US or the Schengen area are allowed entry to Costa Rica. You'll need proof of insurance purchased from the approved insurance provider, a negative COVID (PRC-RT) test taken within 48 hours and a digital health pass completed prior to your travel. Residents of Costa Rica can enter from any country with a digital form completed prior to travel. Movement restrictions are gradually easing. Face masks are mandatory in public places and on public transport. If you wish to leave, do so as soon as possible by commercial means. Consult the San Jose International Airport website for further details.
We advise:
Do not travel to Costa Rica.
