A state of emergency is in place. All land borders are closed. International flights are operating. If travelling into or out of Niger by air, you'll need to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR) taken 72 hours prior to your travel. You must wear a face mask in public places, markets, and on public transport in Niamey and maintain social distancing.
