La Aurora and Mundo Maya international airports have reopened. A negative PCR test dated no more than 72 hours before the date of your arrival is mandatory for entry into Guatemala. This test doesn't apply to children 9 years old or younger. A national curfew is still in place and measures can change quickly. You could be fined if you don't respect local laws, including quarantine and movement restrictions. The land border between Guatemala and Mexico has become more dangerous due to local unrest. It's not safe to cross by land.
