Uruguay has closed its borders to foreigners apart from legal residents and pre-authorised foreigners. Upon arrival, you must present a negative coronavirus (PCR) test result taken a maximum of 72 hours before boarding at origin, and undergo a mandatory minimum 7 day quarantine. If you want to leave, there are some routine commercial flights scheduled. Contact the airline or your travel provider for more details.
