You'll need to quarantine for 14 days if you arrive in Taiwan from overseas. You can serve your quarantine at a designated hotel or private residence. If you display symptoms on arrival, or have experienced symptoms in the 14 days prior to arrival, you'll be tested at the airport and may have to stay at a government quarantine facility until notified of your test results. If you're a short-term business traveller, you'll be able to undertake reduced quarantine (seven days) provided you submit negative COVID-19 (PCR) test results within three days before departure and seven days after arrival. Follow the advice of local authorities and monitor the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control for the latest updates.
