Belarus

You must show a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within three days of arrival in Belarus. Most foreign citizens with a permanent or temporary residence permit must exit Belarus through Minsk National Airport. A number of other restrictions are in place. Large demonstrations and violent clashes occurred following the 2020 Presidential election. There has been casualties and protesters have been detained. Further demonstrations could occur without notice and turn violent.
