If you're flying to the USA from Guam you must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test within three days of your departure, or proof that you have recovered from COVID-19. This applies to all passengers aged two years and older, US citizens and legal permanent residents. If despite our advice you travel to Guam, and you’re departing from a country with reported cases of COVID-19, you'll also be subject to 14 days quarantine at a government-designated facility, even if you're just transiting. Public health emergency restrictions are in place, and some non-essential services are reduced (see 'Travel').
