Rwanda
You must present a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result taken within 72 hours before arrival. You'll undergo further screening measures on arrival, including a second COVID-19 test, wait for results in a designated transit hotel and then self-quarantine for seven days on release. Departing travellers must present a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result taken within 120 hours of travel. Restrictions to limit the spread of COVID-19 are still in place throughout the country, including specific measures in Kigali. A curfew is in place from 7pm to 4am across the country. Non-essential movement is restricted and face masks must be worn in public.
We continue to advise:
Do not travel to Rwanda due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
