United Arab Emirates
Dubai residents no longer require approval from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) to enter Dubai. If you're travelling to Abu Dhabi, you'll need a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result within 96 hours of travel and within 72 hours of travel if you're travelling to Dubai. Anyone travelling to Abu Dhabi from countries on the 'green' list will be exempt from quarantine but still have to follow entry requirements for COVID-19 testing. Check the latest information for travelling to, from or connecting through Abu Dhabi and Dubai (see 'Travel'). These requirements may change at short notice. Contact your airline directly for the latest update on entry or exit requirements. Delays and disruptions are likely.
We continue to advise:
Do not travel to the United Arab Emirates due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
