Most foreign citizens can only enter Belarus through Minsk National Airport. You must show a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of arrival. You must show a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test taken within three days of arrival in Belarus. If you're arriving from a red zone country you must also undertake mandatory 10-days self-isolation (see 'Travel'). You can't exit the country until after the self-isolation period ends.
