There remains an increased likelihood of protests across Uganda following elections earlier this year. To enter Uganda you must present evidence of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test within 120 hours of arrival. You'll also need a negative test result to depart. A nationwide daily curfew from 9pm to 6am is in place. It's compulsory to wear an approved face mask in public for everyone aged six and over. If you show symptoms of COVID-19, expect local authorities to quarantine you. Monitor the media for information on latest developments.
