Further restrictions on commercial activity have been lifted, but the curfew remains in place from 11pm to 5am and face masks are mandatory in all indoor and outdoor public areas. Restaurants will be permitted to open on weekdays and weekends for both indoor and outdoor service from 1 June. Foreign citizens and residents of a limited number of countries, not including Australia, are now allowed to enter Georgia under specific conditions. Entry is unrestricted for travellers who have documentary proof of having received a full course of COVID-19 vaccination (see 'Travel').
