Estonia

Lockdown measures are in place. Non-essential travel to Estonia by non-EU citizens and residents to the EU and Schengen Area is restricted. It may be possible for Australians without COVID-19 symptoms to enter Estonia from an EU Member State, Schengen Convention state and other approved countries. PCR testing and self-isolation is required. Quarantine-free travel to Estonia is possible from a number of countries with low infection rates.
