Paraguay
Paraguay is observing ‘smart quarantine'. Non-essential businesses have re-opened and small-scale gatherings are allowed, however a 12am-5am curfew on non-essential movements and activities is being enforced. Foreign travellers can enter Paraguay but will need proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or other recognised RNA test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival, and health insurance. Regular commercial flights have resumed.
We continue to advise:
Do not travel to Paraguay due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
