COVID-19 remains a risk in Vanuatu. You can expect additional health screening measures and mandatory quarantine. You'll also need evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken no earlier than 72 hours before your flight. The State of Emergency has been extended to 31 July 2021. There are limited international flights to and from Vanuatu. Vanuatu borders remain closed except with specific permission, including for arrival by private vessel. Vanuatu has commenced its national COVID-19 vaccination program, which is open to all adults.
