Kosovo

You must show proof of a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test if you're entering Kosovo from a country with high levels of infection, taken within 72 hours of your arrival. A vaccination certificate, or blood serology antibody test confirming you've recovered from COVID-19, is also accepted. Passengers from India, Brazil and South Africa aren't allowed to enter, unless they are citizens of Kosovo. You must wear a face mask outdoors, unless walking alone or exercising and in all indoor public spaces, and on public transport. Cafes, restaurants and most shops are open with restricted hours. Limits on numbers of guests are in place. Follow the advice of local authorities and monitor local media.
