Mongolia has imposed COVID-19 restrictions on some activities and businesses. Limited commercial international and charter flights operate, but domestic flights remain suspended. On arrival in Mongolia, you must present a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result taken within 72 hours and then quarantine in a hotel for 14 days at your own expense, followed by a further seven days of self-isolation at home. Movement restrictions between Ulaanbaatar and the provinces are in place. You'll need an exemptions to visit most regions. Current restrictions are in place until 31 August. Follow the advice of local authorities.
