Norway

You can only enter Norway if you're a resident or citizen, have a valid EU COVID certificate or reside in certain low-risk countries. All travellers must register no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Norway if coming from a country or area that is subject to quarantine, unless you have a valid EU COVID certificate. You must present proof of a negative COVID-19 (PCR or antigen) test taken within 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your first flight to Norway unless you have a valid EU COVID certificate or are coming from a low-risk country. You must also have a COVID-19 test on arrival unless you have a valid EU COVID certificate. You must quarantine unless you are travelling from a low-risk country or have a valid EU COVID certificate.
