Timor-Leste

COVID-19 remains a serious health risk, with a high number of infections. A State of Emergency is in place and isolation zones apply in several municipalities, including Dili. Some exemptions apply. Mandatory random COVID-19 testing may be required. Entry restrictions apply to all travellers (air, land and sea) and can change with little notice. You must provide a negative COVID-19 test on arrival. Unless fully vaccinated, you'll also be subject to at least 14 days mandatory quarantine at a location determined by authorities, likely at your own expense, and further mandatory COVID-19 testing. If you're coming from a country with the Delta variant, you'll need to show full vaccination and complete five days quarantine.

We continue to advise:

Do not travel to Timor-Leste due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
