There's shortages of medicines and fuel, with frequent power outages. Protests are taking place in Beirut, some of which have turned violent. Avoid protests and Beirut’s port area. Restrictions are in place, including a nightly curfew and closure of some areas and services. You'll have to undergo a COVID-19 (PCR) test on arrival in Lebanon and self isolate. Masks are mandatory in public; you’ll be fined if you don’t wear one. Monitor media and follow the advice of local authorities.
