Movement between Kigali and other provinces and districts has resumed, except to and from areas under local lockdown. A nationwide curfew remains in place from 6pm to 4am, with businesses required to close by 5pm. All forms of social gatherings remain prohibited. Wear a face mask at all times. Penalties apply for non-compliance. Follow the advice of local authorities.
