Entry rules depend on the country you're travelling from. EU citizens can enter Lithuania if they have an EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate. Check with the Lithuanian Ministry of Health website to see if you can enter without a certificate. You may need to provide a negative COVID-19 test or evidence of being fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine (see ‘Travel’). Depending on where you're travelling from, you may also need to self-isolate. You must register with the National Health Centre prior to arrival.
