South Sudan
COVID-19 is widespread in South Sudan. If you're travelling to South Sudan by air or road you'll need a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test. If you're fully vaccinated against COVID-19 you’re not required to self-isolate on arrival. If you are unvaccinated you're required to self-isolate for a minimum of seven days on arrival. Travel restrictions may change at short notice.
We continue to advise:
Do not travel to South Sudan, including Juba, due to:
- instability and ongoing conflict
- due to the health risks from the COVID-19 pandemic and the significant disruptions to global travel.
