Sudan

There have been reports of an attempted coup in Khartoum, Sudan on 25 October. Several roads and bridges have been closed in Khartoum, as well as access to Khartoum International Airport. There has been reported disruption to internet and mobile services. Protests and demonstrations are expected and can turn violent. Avoid all demonstrations, limit your movements and remain vigilant. Monitor local media and follow the advice of local authorities (see ‘Safety’).
