Turkish citizens and residents must have proof of either COVID-19 vaccination, recent COVID-19 recovery (linked to the HES code) or a negative PCR test (within 48 hours) for inter-city public transport. These requirements do not apply for foreign tourists. Most businesses have resumed normal operating hours. Some requirements for entering Turkey have changed and depend on where you've been in the 14 days prior to your arrival (see 'Travel').
