Lithuania

Entry rules depend on the country you're travelling from. EU citizens can enter Lithuania if they have an EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate. Check with the Lithuanian Ministry of Health website to see if you can enter without a certificate. You may need to provide a negative COVID-19 test or evidence of being fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine (see ‘Travel’). Depending on where you're travelling from, you may also need to self-isolate. You must register with the National Health Centre prior to arrival. Due to the situation on the border with Belarus, Lithuania has introduced a state of emergency in areas within approximately five kilometres of the Lithuanian/Belarusian border. There are entry restrictions to these areas. Follow the instructions of Lithuanian authorities and carry ID with you at all times if you're in these areas.

We advise:

Reconsider your need to travel to Lithuania due to the impacts of COVID-19.

Other levels apply in some parts of the country.
