You'll need a ‘Coronavirus entry pass’ to access bars, restaurants and other venues in the Netherlands. Face masks are mandatory on public transport, shops and other indoor public areas. Entry and departure from the Netherlands remains restricted depending on the country you're travelling from or going to. The Netherlands will accept EU Digital COVID-19 Certificates as proof of negative test result, vaccination or recovery from COVID-19. In certain circumstances, travellers from within the EU who produce this certificate will be exempt from requirements to self-quarantine or produce negative COVID-19 results.
