Norway

Entry restrictions depend on the colour-code of COVID-19 risks in the country that you’re travelling from. These colour-codes change frequently. You can only enter if you have a valid digital COVID-19 certificate. Australia’s digital COVID-19 certificate is not accepted as valid for entering Norway. If you do not have a valid digital COVID-19 certificate, you must follow the same rules as for unvaccinated travellers. Some exemptions apply. All travellers must complete an entry registration form prior to arrival. If you travel from a high-risk location, you'll have to quarantine for up to 10 days. Local restrictions, including mask requirements, closing hours and gathering restrictions can change rapidly (see 'Travel').

We now advise:

Exercise a high degree of caution in Norway due to the impacts of COVID-19.
