Entry restrictions depend on the colour-code of COVID-19 risks in the country that you’re travelling from. These colour-codes change frequently. You must complete an entry registration form prior to arrival. You must also provide documentation of a negative test result prior to entry if you don’t have a valid COVID-19 certificate. You must take a test on arrival. If you don't have a valid digital COVID-19 certificate, you must follow the same rules for unvaccinated travellers. Some exemptions apply. Australia’s digital COVID-19 certificate is not accepted as valid in Norway. Local restrictions, including social distancing and mask requirements can change rapidly (see 'Travel').
