You'll need to show proof that you're fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to enter enclosed spaces in Peru. Peruvian and international vaccine certificates will be accepted. For some age groups, a third vaccine (booster shot) is required to be considered fully vaccinated. Check local media for updates.
