You must quarantine for 24 hours at a designated hotel on arrival at your own cost. You'll need to take a COVID-19 (PCR) test on arrival and an additional test at a designated testing site on day 3. PCR testing will be at your own expense. Curfew measures are in place in Kigali and elsewhere. You'll need to be fully vaccinated to visit bars and restaurants. Face masks must be worn at all times. Penalties apply for non-compliance. Ongoing changes to restrictions are anticipated. Follow the advice of local authorities.
